We follow an extensive and procise process to ensure your dog clipper blades are as sharp, hygenic and balanced/tensioned as possible.

 

  • Initial inspection of blade including tension test
  • De-assembly of blade
  • 1st clean to remove hair and debris
  • De-rust if required
  • Further inspection of blade including parts
  • Blade is sharpened
  • Blade is de-magnitised
  • Burr and filings are removed from the blade
  • 2nd clean and degrease to sanitise blade
  • Blade is air dried
  • Grind is checked on metal rub block
  • Blades are oiled and reassembled
  • Cutter position is checked
  • Blade tension is tested and adjusted
  • Socket wings are tested and adjusted
  • Blade is tested and then packaged

Replacement parts for the blades are included at no extra cost (Excluding the comb and cutters)
