Our service and repairs includes the following
Inspection of the clipper and components in line with manufacturers guidelines
Cable check
Strip down of clippers
Full component check including motor to advise of any replacements required
Full clean internally and externally
Components cleaned where required
Reassembly and greasing
Final testing of clipper
1 set of blades sharpened for free or a voucher if sharpening not required at the time
 
For Repairs only
We will carry out the above process and if a problem is identified, a quote will be generated for any replacement parts or components and we will call you to discuss. Once the quote has been provided, we will only repair or replace parts once you confirm you are happy to progress and complete payment for any additional costs of components (Instructions will be provided).
We aim to have all work completed within 5 working days and we will confirm a timescale if we need to order any parts we dont currently keep in stock.
 
Further Information
If you do not wish to have your blades sharpened, then please ensure they are removed from the clippers
Blade Sharpening vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value
Please ensure your clippers are secure in your case or box to prevent damage during postal transit.
