We follow an extensive process to ensure your horse clipper blades are as sharp and hygenic as possible.
 
Initial inspection of blade
1st clean to remove hair and debris
De-rust if required
Further inspection of blade
Blade is sharpened
Blade is de-magnitised
Burr and filings are removed from the blade
2nd clean and degrease to sanitise blade
Blade is air dried
Grind is checked on metal rub block
Blades are oiled, tested and package
