Please call us on 07427 705628​ to discuss your faulty clipper before selecting this item.
 
If you have called us to discuss and we advise to send the clipper/trimmer in, then please send it to us with a description of the fault and we will strip it down confirm the fault.
 
We will then provide a quote for any replacement parts and if you wish to progress we will continue when the invoice is paid (via paypal).
We will then replace the components, reassemble and test the clippers.
If you wish to make up the difference to have a service (which includes 1 set of blades sharpened for free) we can invoice for that also.
 
If you decide to not proceed as we understand can happen (some replacement parts can be expensive compared to the clipper cost), then we will reassemble your clippers and post back you within 24 hours at no further cost other than the return postage cost of £7
