Postal Service

We send all items via first class standard post which includes compensation cover for up to £20. If you wish to increase your postal cover or change the postal option please contact us and we can invoice you for the additional cost

As well as a mobile service, you can also post your items to us.

The process couldn't be simpler

  1. Head to our SHOP.

  2. Add the items you are sending to us to your basket.

  3. Check out and complete the return address details.

  4. Securely package your items and post to 65 Hall o' Shaw Street, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 4AE.

  5. Don't forget to include your name and return address with your items so we know who has sent them!

  6. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your items.

  7. If your items require any specific work outside of the standard process, we will call you to confirm and quote any additional price if applicable (e.g. Replacement components).

  8. If you have sent clippers, we will invoice for return postage once we have calculated based on weight (any return postage already paid will be knocked off the total).

  9. We aim to have your items back in the post to you within 24 hours (Clipper Servicing within 5 working days) and will contact us as soon as they are!
